4 stars nice ,but they run small, 2010-03-31

I was disappointed in these shoes because of how they fit. I would recommend that you buy 1 size larger and that is because of the lining. I had to return them ,which was costly, but the sellers were nice to refund my purchase price. I was only out the shipping, twice. I THINK IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION TO BUY THEM BIGGER THAN YOU NORMAL SIZE and then you won't have to spend money to return them.

5 stars Very Comfy!, 2010-03-05

I got a pair of Crocs two summers ago, and fell in love with them. Since, I have tried a few differnt type s of their shoes, and these ones are the new ones for this winter. First, I love them. I know the whole argument about Crocs being ugly, but I never agreed with that statement. I definately don't agree here, these are the nicest looking ones I've seen, imo. And comfort-wise, they deliver better than I imagined. I will be wearing them around the hosue for hours and not even notice I have them on (And I hate wearing anything on my feet aroudn the house). You shoudl order a size up form your shoe size because of the liner. I did, and they fit perfectly. The tread is very good on these compared to any other Crocs or regular winter shoes that I own.

There are a few Cons that have already been mentioned in other reviews. The back strap velcro is starting to come apart on mine, and I have only had the shoes for about 2 - 3 weeks. I mean, the velcro strap piece that attaches to the crocslite strap portion. once it breaks for good (if that happens) the straps will be useless. Hopefully, this will not happen or Crocs will fix them for me, but my summer crocs have the same strap, and for 2 years, they have never come close to coming apart in this way, which worries me about these. Also, maybe this is just my sweat-proned feet, but wearing these without socks is a baaaad idea. Your feet will stick to them and every time you pull your foot out, it will try to pull the liner out with them. As mentioned before, the back of the liner can get a little messy if you aren't careful putting them on or taking them off, but that is easy to fix.

Overall, i am very pleased with these Crocs, and hope they will last as long as all my other pairs. By the way, Crocs last a long time! Great for you and I, but not so great for the Crocs company who should want people to buy their footwear more often!!

2 stars Wooly Mammoth Clogs should go Extinct, 2010-02-17

I need to traipse through a lot of snow, so I wanted something with good traction, easy on and easy off. Since I love to schlepp around in Crocs during the summer, these looked ideal. Yes, the soles on the Woolly Mammoth clogs are great and the back strap added just the extra security I needed for slippery walks--however I'm very disappointed that after wearing them for about a week, one of those garter-like clasps that holds the back strap to the clog became irretrievably lost in a mall, rendering the strap useless. I tried to improvise, but was unsuccessful. I ended up taking the other one off, too. Also, the linings didn't hold up in the back. One has become like a pesky sock that won't stay up. Well, these are my winter shoes and I'm going to be wearing them until the weather warms up. And in our little part of the country, the groundhog did not see its shadow, so I am hoping for an early spring.

5 stars Great Crocs for the Winter, 2010-02-05

I love Crocs and these are fabulous for the winter. I would order one size larger than you normally wear as the very soft, comfy and very warm insert takes up room. I am unable to wear socks, but these keep my feet very warm and with the rugged soles the4y are great for the bad winter weather.
